All users must create an account with accurate information.
Keep login credentials secure.
Users must maintain an active membership to access premium features after the 90-day free trial.
DeshiServe operates on a membership-based model.
90-day free unlimited trial is provided for all features.
After the trial, users must select a paid membership to continue accessing premium features.
Service subscription model:
Admins create all service listings.
Providers subscribe to services for a small fee (e.g., $5), which is credited to their platform wallet.
Some memberships may be valid for a limited number of bookings per year (e.g., 5 bookings).
Memberships may have tiered levels with different features.
Memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
All payments are processed securely through DeshiServe via Stripe.
Users earn commissions based on admin-created contracts or their membership subscription.
Platform charges a 7% commission on transactions, which may change at any time with prior notification to users.
Stripe processing fee: 2.99% per transaction is applied by Stripe and is the responsibility of the user.
Users are responsible for any applicable taxes on earnings.
DeshiServe manages refunds and disputes according to platform policies.
Users may upload content (text, images, reviews).
DeshiServe may use feedback or suggestions without compensation.
Users must not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior.
Misuse may result in account suspension or termination.
DeshiServe may offer promotions, contests, or special membership packages.
DeshiServe is a platform only and does not provide services directly.
Any service performed at a user’s or provider’s location is solely between the customer and the service provider.
DeshiServe is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or disputes arising from such services.
Users are responsible for their own actions and agree to protect DeshiServe from claims arising from their use of the platform.
Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
Users can cancel anytime via the app or by contacting support.
No refunds for partial periods after cancellation, except as required by law.
DeshiServe may update membership fees, billing cycles, or terms with prior notification.
These terms apply to all DeshiServe apps: User App, Service Provider App, and Serviceman App.
Users must comply with all platform rules, policies, and updates.
Users and DeshiServe agree to resolve disputes through an internal mediation process.
Clear escalation procedures are available via support channels.
DeshiServe may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
Users may voluntarily cancel their membership at any time.
Users are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on income earned through the platform, including service subscriptions or bookings.
DeshiServe is not liable for any tax obligations of users.
Users agree to comply with all local, provincial, and federal tax laws.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
