At DeshiServe, we strive to provide timely and quality service from our providers. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking.
All bookings are final and non-refundable once confirmed.
Cancellation at any time before or after the scheduled service will not result in a refund.
You may still cancel a booking, but the full amount will be charged to cover provider preparation and scheduling.
If a provider cancels your booking, you will be notified immediately.
In this case, you may choose to reschedule with another provider or receive a full refund.
If the provider does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, you are entitled to a full refund.
If you are not available at the service location at the scheduled time, no refund will be issued.
If you are dissatisfied with the service, please report the issue within 24 hours of completion.
We will review your case but refunds are not guaranteed and will be issued only at DeshiServe’s discretion.
When refunds are approved, they will be processed to the original payment method or DeshiServe Wallet.
Refund processing may take 3–7 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.
