At DeshiServe, we are committed to providing quality services and ensuring a positive experience for our users. Please review our refund policy carefully.
1. Customer Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of our services and the arrangements made with our providers, all confirmed bookings are considered final. As such, cancellations initiated by customers are generally non-refundable. We encourage you to review your booking details carefully before confirming.
2. Provider Cancellations
If a provider needs to cancel your booking, we will notify you promptly. In this event, you may choose to reschedule your service with another provider or receive a full refund.
3. Provider No-Shows
In the unlikely event that a provider does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, you will be eligible for a full refund. We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain timely service.
4. Service Quality Concerns
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you feel the service did not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will carefully review your concerns and work towards a fair resolution, which may include a partial or full refund at our discretion.
5. Refund Process
Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method or your DeshiServe Wallet, based on your preference. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
